Now on a completely different subject.
I've been wearing compression socks for years now whenever I know I will be standing for a while or after a tough workout or race, but about a month ago I got a couple pair of the new SKINS compression tights and they are really nice. I think they are most worthwhile to wear if you have to stand for a long time, but usually then I just wear my compression socks then because I'm either at work, or somewhere I don't want to have two layers on. But in the evening after a tough workout these feel really good and help move blood up and out of your legs and give them a nice warm feeling. They also look pretty rad.
